thanks for your great work here, just wanted to inform you that you have mixed up something.

I have just read the section about bacteria and im pretty sure that the periplasmativ space is bigger in gram negative bacteria.

in your pdf it says, nevertheless great work

Gram negative bacteria on the other hand consist of the Plasma membrane, a fairly small periplasmic space, the Peptidoglycan layer, a bigger periplasmic space and then the outer membrane (consisting of lipopolysaccharides and proteins).

Yes I might have mixed that up. I got that part from a former colleague and I was not able to verify that.
